Helpful details
Shipping questions, answered
Straightforward answers for planning your Altra3D delivery.
Contact supportHow is my shipping price calculated?+
Standard shipping uses the active rate for your selected city and the largest shipping class among the items in your cart. The exact amount is shown before you place the order.
When will Same Day Delivery appear at checkout?+
It appears only when all products in the cart are eligible, the selected city supports same-day service, an active provider is available, and the order is placed before the configured cutoff.
Are all products available for same-day delivery?+
No. Same-day service is offered for a selected range of products that can be prepared and dispatched quickly. Eligible orders are identified automatically in checkout.
Can I get free shipping?+
Some city and parcel-class combinations have a free-shipping order threshold. When configured, that threshold appears with the city rate and is applied automatically to qualifying carts.
Why can the final rate differ from this table?+
The table shows the active base rates. Checkout evaluates your actual cart, largest parcel class, free-shipping eligibility, city, and available delivery methods before confirming the final price.
