Small items

1. Order the Product and Specify the Delivery Method

For 3D Printing service orders, the order will be pending approval from the seller, and once approved you can complete the order payment by the link you will receive on email or through your orders page (PAY) button

2. You Will Receive an Order Confirmation Email with all details of your order, (for 3D printing service orders) your order will be shipped after the seller prints it)

3. We will have your order delivered to your door step.

Please make sure your address and contact details are correct upon placing the order to ensure on-time delivery

4. Delivery timing depends on your address and the readiness of your ordered items, and our courier delivers in no time

Yes we ship printers in addition to other products on the website that are considered lite heavy and bulky shipments (different shipping costs apply)

Returns

At Altra3D, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every item you purchase through our platform. We understand that situations may arise where a return or refund becomes necessary, and we strive to make this process as seamless as possible. Please take a moment to review our returns policy outlined below:

Return Request Timeline: We accept return requests within 14 days of the date of the order delivery.

Eligibility for Returns: Returns will only be accepted in cases where the item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect or a different item was received that the one you ordered. We diligently examine each returned item to assess its condition and ascertain if it meets our criteria for a manufacturing flaw.

Exclusion of Shipping Damage Responsibility: Altra3D cannot assume responsibility for any damages incurred during shipping. We strongly advise customers to inspect the outer delivery packaging upon receipt and report any shipping damages directly to the shipping carrier, please note that we DO NOT allow opening packages upon delivery, but if you noticed external damage on the order packaging feel free to reject the order delivery.

 

Refunds processing: Once the order is returned to us and/or the seller we will process the refund if you used an eligible payment method while placing the order, the refund is processed within 5:10 working days and might take longer in rare occasions depending on several conditions like the payment method, issuer bank, delivery of the returned items, seller disputes etc...

Ownership of Items: All items available for purchase on Altra3D are owned by the individual vendors who list their products on our platform. Altra3D does not claim ownership of any items sold on the website. This decentralized ownership structure ensures that vendors retain ownership of their listed products and are responsible of every aspect related to it including but not limited to, refund issuing, tax declarations and payments, legal liability etc...

Please note that to initiate a return or a refund request customers must initiate the return/refund request from their My-account > Orders menu within the stipulated 14-day period from the date of delivery. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to facilitate the return process.

For 3D printed items, we ship the order directly after completion. Our courier operates pickups from Sat to Thu, and we deliver throughout the week from 8 am to 11 pm.

What happens if the courier cannot deliver the order?

Our courier service will make every attempt to deliver your order during our operational hours. If they are unable to reach the specified address, they will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Can customers open the package upon delivery?

For security and quality assurance purposes, customers are not allowed to open the package upon delivery. However, if any issues are discovered with the order, customers can initiate a return request following our return policy guidelines.
